After a brief hiatus on building we finally got back out in the garage on our build. We found we still needed to up-drill and ream the the hinge brackets to 5/16". After completing that task, we precisely located (9.5" from trailing edge to hinge point) the two hinges and middle bellcrank on the left aileron. They were clamped in place using worm hose clamps and drilled for rivets. The parts were temporarily cleco'd until the other aileron and flaps are complete. Hours: 2
